The Organisation

World Car Rentals Vanuatu is a locally owned and operated vehicle rental business that offers quality vehicles at competitive rates. Our aim is to offer the best customer service on the island.

The Position

We are looking for a high-achieving customer service role model, with the skills and personal qualities to build an effective and happy customer service team, develop our operating procedures, maintain our fleet integrity and manage day to day logistics efficiently even when the pressure is on.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Staff management and coaching skills experience

► Strong customer service experience

► Planning skills and experience managing work task and logistics

► Current, clean record driving licence

► Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Outgoing personality with a positive attitude and enthusiastic outlook.

► Strong communicator that demonstrates initiative

► Procedure creation, management and implementation.

► Confident in dealing with employees and customers. Firm, fair and diplomatic.
