Lenise Monteiro

Managing Director

BBS (HRM), AdvDip Engineering Management

Lenise is a dual Vanuatu /NZ citizen and has spent the last 15 years living and working in Vanuatu. She has developed strong relationships with the Vanuatu Government, development partners, NGOs and the private sector through her work in all areas of Human Resources.

She has more than 14 years’ experience in public and private sector recruitment and employment helping both small and larger corporate enterprises, NGOs and development projects meet their workforce needs, including C-level Executive roles, Technical Advisers and operational staff.

Tim Hewatt

Director

B.Econ, M.Econ, GradDip Finance

Tim is a dual Vanuatu / Australian citizen and has spent 10 years living and working in Vanuatu.

He has experience working with the Vanuatu Government, development agencies and the private sector. Assignments have included working for the World Bank, Utilities Regulator and contracts for the EU, Youth Challenge Vanuatu, GGGI, KUTh Energy and Geodynamics. Tim has also worked in renewable energy to bring commercial solar to Vanuatu and the Pacific.

Francoise Nguyen

Recruitment & Relationship Manager

B.Com (Human Resources)

Francoise was born and raised in Vanuatu and completed her tertiary education at the University of the South Pacific (USP) Fiji. She has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resource Management and has worked with the Public Sector in Administration and HR.

With her background, Francoise brings a practical understanding of government departments and processes. She has a strong rapport with our locally contracted staff, making her an effective liaison between our organization and the local workforce. Francoise's ability to connect with others allows her to build trust and foster positive relationships.

Francoise's expertise in recruitment and relationship management, combined with her knowledge of Vanuatu's culture and dynamics, makes her an invaluable member of our team.
