The Position

In the dynamic landscape of Vanuatu, the Full-Time Office Manager assumes a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless functioning and efficient operations of the office. Working closely with the local director, this role is entrusted with a significant level of autonomy and self-sufficiency. By effectively organizing and executing essential functions, the Full-Time Office Manager contributes to the overall success of the office, enabling the team to focus on their core responsibilities and objectives.

Essential Selection Criteria

► A minimum of a bachelor’s degree with relevant recent work experience.

► Proven work experience in office management and administration.

► Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing financial management software systems, including MYOB, along with a strong command of Microsoft Office software, Google Workspace tools and office IT systems. Familiarity with these tools is highly desirable.

► Ability to thrive and maintain effectiveness in high-pressure environments.

► Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

► Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks

► Self-sufficiency and the capability to work autonomously, taking initiative and making sound decisions to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.

► Vanuatu citizenship, indicating eligibility to work legally in Vanuatu.

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Experience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Trading industry
