The Organisation

The Ifira Ports Development Services Limited (IPDS) is one of the three of the main ports in Vanuatu. The IPDS Ltd port is the main port for all international freight and containers cargo arriving in the capital while the Government international wharf is dedicated for all cruise vessels, gas and petrol tankers.

IPDS has been granted the exclusive right by the Government to handle Stevedoring operations at the Lapetasi Wharf.

The Position

The Revenue Clerk's primary aim of the position is to ensure all generated revenue is processed, receipted, recorded and disbursed in accordance with all financial procedures of the IPDS.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Minimum five (5) years work related experience

► Diploma in Accounting

► Good Planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills

► Good oral and verbal communication skills

► Certificate of medical examination

► Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people

► Ability to work in a team environment

► Valid Drivers Licence

► Computer literate - financial software systems
