The Position

The objective of Manager Commercial – Vanuatu is to be the strategic lead and drive sales business inside Vanuatu and to manage the customer service deliverables.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Working knowledge of the Vanuatu sales and travel market

► Previous experience in managing and developing teams

► Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and concepts for different stakeholders

► Ability to influence cross-functional teams, gain buy-in from senior management team, and develop, manage, and maintain relationships with external partners

► Ability to manage multiple priorities and business objectives, in a rapidly changing environment

Desirable Selection Criteria

► A tertiary qualification – Business, Travel, or Marketing

► Experience in attracting and growing sales business
