The Position

Save the Children's DFAT-funded integrated Early Childhood Development (ECD) program outcome 1.1: Parents/careers of children 0-5 demonstrate increased gender sensitive and disability-inclusive nurturing care practices and skills is implemented by the Ministry of Education and training, through the Extension of the Parents Support Program activities in Vanuatu.


The role of the Parent Support Program Coordinator is to support the Sanma Provincial Education Officer to facilitate the PSP workplan in Sanma Province


Essential Selection Criteria

► Minimum 2 years experience at provincial and national education level

► Strong knowledge in project management including report writing and budget preparation

► Fluency in Bislama as well as intermediate knowledge of English is required

► Able to work proficiently with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

► Good reporting skills

► Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a wide range of people

► Committed, honest and eager to learn

► must be able to travel domestically

► Clear Police background check
