Sharper Image Vanuatu in Port Vila is the large, well-known one-stop shop for Copiers & Printers, Stationery, Furniture, Homeware, ITech, Consumables and Toys along with a wide variety of related services.

The Position

Sharper Image is seeking an experienced and talented Head of Sales - Private Business to promote their wide range of products and services to the Private Business sector. As the Head of Sales you will need to have a talent for generating new sales and a passion for connecting with people. You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to make quality sales presentations and give quotes as well as the ability to negotiate contracts, following up balance of payments etc - all while maintaining good computer records and ongoing relationships with both private business customers and suppliers. Essential Selection Criteria

► Educational background/degree in business, marketing, economics or related field

► Extensive sales experience and proven understanding of the sales process and dynamics

► Understanding of and commitment to excellent customer service and rapport building with customers and suppliers

► Able to make sales presentations, promote company programs and advise clients regarding products services, prices and availability

► Valid Driver’s License required

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Able to prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, follow up sales and obtain balance of payments and maintain company database and client records, prepare sales reports etc

► Competency in Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn new software as required

► Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably in English and French

► Superb interpersonal skills
