Link Personnel Services (LinkPS) is Vanuatu’s only agency that offers recruitment and employment services including job advertising, role design, recruitment, engaging and managing Program personnel, and payroll services. The company manages staff working remotely for clients and regularly conducts recruitment activities for Vanuatu and regional clients.
The role of the Recruitment Manager is to develop, maintain and grow a healthy recruitment client base and manage the operational recruitment activities. They manage transparent merit-based recruitment methods whilst instilling confidence in our clients of a confidential and professional recruitment process.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Proof of post-secondary school learning and qualifications
► Strong sales, marketing and client liaison experience
► Experience in recruitment and employment administration
► Website and social media skills (including Facebook)
► Excellent written communication in English through e-mails and reports
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Strong professional interpersonal skills
► International recruitment experience
► Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
► Bislama and French language skills
