Paradise Petroleum has 3 fuel stations.
Paradise Gas falls under Paradise Petroleum and has 2 main depots and will be expanding through Port Vila with top up stations and depots on Malakula & Tanna in the very near future.
Paradise Group is owned by Grant Donovan & Lisa Schick, both from New Zealand, we have been living in Vanuatu for 15 years, 10 in Santo & now based in Port Vila and travel between islands. We are passionate about growth, expansion and team development, we believe in “fulling up” our team through the companies.
The Position
The successful applicant will be committed to making a positive contribution to our company and communities we deal with both now and in the future. Be a problem solver and positive thinker.
This position can either be based in Port Vila with some travels to Santo as required. Must be able to efficient, effectively communicate with staff on other location in order to complete duties, motivate team members and drive the business forward.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Strong experience in leadership roles within a medium to large business in Vanuatu
► Able to develop, maintain, improve, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and systems to drive business success
► Strong team builder who leads by example and has a growth and development mindset
► Retail experience
► Sales and marketing experience
► Strong communication and interpersonal skills
► Curious and analytical mind
► Experienced in training staff members
► Discretion with information, products, suppliers, customers, staff, owners
