The Organisation
Dynamic Supply Company Limited (Dynamic) is the leading wholesale supplier of food products to commercial kitchens throughout Vanuatu, including resorts, restaurants and cruise liners. We have a retail store to further support our wholesale customers, and to supply the local consumer market. In addition, our butchery business processes a full range of high-quality meat products for all our customer segments.
Dynamic has been a strong presence in the Vanuatu market for over 9 years and has experienced a period of growth since the COVID years. We are looking to expand our business further and build a great team to enable this growth, to realize our potential and take Dynamic successfully towards a prosperous future.
The Position
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of our warehouse operations — ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods across our food and beverage supply business.
This role is key to maintaining product integrity (including frozen, chilled, and dry goods), accurate inventory management, and excellent service to our retail, wholesale, and resort customers throughout Vanuatu.
You will lead a hands-on warehouse team, ensuring a safe, well-organized environment that delivers high-quality outcomes, supports business growth, and reflects our commitment to reliability and customer care.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.
► Strong leadership and people management skills and experience.
► Experience in food distribution, cold storage, or FMCG preferred.
► Proficiency in warehouse inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
► Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
► Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
► Reliable, honest, and committed to excellence.
► Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
► Team-oriented with a hands-on approach.
► Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
► Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
► Ability to work in a Foreign Country (if a non-citizen)
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Forklift license and hands-on equipment experience desirable.
