The Organisation

An international car rental company that prides itself on excellent customer service and high-quality cars is looking to recruit a Trainee Manager.

The Position

The desired candidate will ultimately be expected to manage the rental office, but initially it is important to learn how the car rental operates locally and internationally in the following key areas:

► Know our terms and conditions;

► To deliver exceptional customer service; and

► Maintain the rental fleet to the highest quality.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Hold a Driver's license including common license

► Excellent customer service skills and presentation

► Proven record of being reliable, trustworthy and honest

► Be willing to learn and be trained

► Must be fluent in French and English

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Previous experience in car rentals or a related field

► Previous customer service or sales experience

► Previous supervisor or team leader experience

► Good driving record
