The Organisation

Link Personnel Services is seeking interested applicants on behalf of a busy, award winning, well-established Resort in Tanna

The Position

To manage the critical reservations function of the resort to maximize occupancy, profitability and customer satisfaction

Essential Selection Criteria

► At least 3 years similar hotel/resort reservations experience

► Detailed knowledge of accommodation wholesalers and online booking systems

► Experience with computerised Reservation Master / Siteminder systems an advantage

► Accomplished with website direct booking buttons and computer related marketing systems, eg group emails, Mailchimp etc.

► Experience of liaising with airlines and supporting front desk as required

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Currently resident in Tanna or willing to relocate to Tanna. Single staff accommodation and food provided if required

► Driving licence
