The Position

As a Manager for Property and Services Operations, you will direct Operations support team in managing all operations related tasks and to meet all facilities (property and vehicle) requirements of business units, in a way that delivers a cost effective and efficient property solution. You will ensure adherence to ANZ policy in Records Management and any other duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) from time to time including Business Continuity Management. You will also adhere to ANZ BSO policy in Reconciliation. You will be working with Country COO to develop and execute a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement and creating capacity that will enhance business performance. You will also lead the work required to further develop quality assurance, risk management, audit and compliance requirements. Your role is responsible for the end-to-end supplier engagement and supplier on-boarding requirements, management of ANZ property leases.


Essential Selection Criteria

► Substantial working knowledge of all legislation impacting property management operations

► A working knowledge of Acts, Laws, OHS regulations, contract documentation and accepted industry practices in regard to repairs and maintenance work and warehouse keep

► Strong concern for Quality and Standards and knowledge of country operations

► Proven management experience in a financial services environment, responsible for establishment and maintenance of medium to high volume back office functionality that has a diverse product mix, delivery channels and finance requirements

► Demonstrated line management experience in an operational environment and experience in implementing customer service operations

► Demonstrated people management and coaching skills with the ability to gain commitment and build and maintain strong productive relationships

► Proven analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to identify risks and impacts
