The Organisation

The Position

The Field Manager Ambae is responsible for leading program and operations teams to implement Save the Children’s programs in Panama Province. The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring programs, support services, and finance functions work collaboratively to deliver high quality programs that meet Save the Children’s quality standards. The Field Manager is also responsible for program management functions for the BRAVE Resilience Program, to be implemented in Ambae.

Essential Selection Criteria

► University degree

► Minimum five (5) years of experience in a relevant position

► Broad working experience in Vanuatu

► Fluency in Bislama and English

► Understanding of resilience, disaster risk reduction, or climate change adaptation programming in Vanuatu

► Able to work proficiently with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

► Excellent reporting skills

► Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a wide range of people
