The Organisation
Australia Awards Vanuatu (AAV) is managed by Tetra Tech International Development. On behalf of the Australian Government through the Vanuatu Education Support Program (VESP).

They are designed to promote knowledge, education links and enduring ties between Australia, its neighbours and the global community.
The Position

The main focus of this role is to work with the AAV alumni to facilitate the achievement of the AAV program outcomes including the enhancement of strategic people to people linkages and through delivery of public diplomacy activities. This includes the planning, coordination and delivery of professional development activities for AAV alumni in Vanuatu, working in conjunction with the AAV Alumni Committee.
Other contributions include planning and delivery of the Annual Alumni Events.
The position will also contribute to program monitoring and evaluation through the delivery of an alumni survey, an alumni perception survey, development of alumni profiles and contributions to the effectiveness of alumni Reintegration Plans. In addition, the role will be called upon to support the administration and delivery of each stage of the scholarship cycle, including the promotion, application, selection and mobilisation of scholars.
The Vanuatu Education Support Program and Australia Awards Vanuatu operate in a cooperative team environment, so an ability and willingness for multi-tasking and providing support to colleagues during busy times is an important part of this role.
