The Organisation
ADRA Vanuatu is a local NGO that has been undertaking Humanitarian Projects in Vanuatu since 2008. ADRA purpose is to serve humanity so that all may live as God intended.
The Position
The Program Director is responsible for strategic oversight and implementation of the country offices programmatic plan. The Program Director work with the country office leadership to ensure the programmatic plan is in-line with the country office strategic plan. ADRA network priorities and the community needs of the country.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Community Development, Project Management, Public Health, or any other related field.
► Minimum five years’ experience within a related field and demonstrated people management experience.
► Professional fluency in English - both written and verbal.
► Proven experience in preparing and managing budgets.
► Knowledge of technical elements of community development and project design.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Current passport or the ability to apply for one.
