Vanuatu Brewing Limited (VBL) is a prominent beverage company based in Port Vila, Vanuatu.

Vanuatu Brewing Limited are the proud producers of Vanuatu's locally brewed Tusker beer since 1989 and Cascade Sparkling Water.

The Position

The Senior Maintenance Manager should have at least five years of experience in a similar industrial maintenance role. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of automation and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with refrigeration, steam production, welding, and electrotechnology. The role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and to demonstrate strong team management and leadership skills to oversee and guide the maintenance team in a dynamic industrial environment.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Diploma in Engineering or experience as a Superior Technician

► Knowledge in the Food or Industrial sector

► Proficiency to ensure availability of all production equipment and the installation and implementation of the system

► Have knowledge of corrective maintenance, implement and monitor preventive maintenance

► Ability to obtain a clean Police clearance

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Driver's License for manual vehicle

► Experience with Maintenance Management software

► Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

► Experience in Project Management
