The Position
The Programme Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of activities under the Vanuatu Engineers Association (VEA). The role also includes supporting fundraising and partnership development to help grow VEA programmes and sustainability.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Administration, or related field
► Some experience in coordination, administration, or project support
► Good communication skills (English; Bislama)
► Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
► Good organization and time management
► Ability to build relationships and engage partners
► Basic proposal writing or business development skills
► Reliable and responsible
►Proactive and willing to take initiative
►Team player
►Able to work with minimal supervision
Desirable Selection Criteria
►Experience with NGOs, associations, or community work is a plus
►Exposure to fundraising, sales, or partnership work is an advantage
