The Position
The Production Supervisor supports the implementation of management directives while overseeing daily brewery operations, including brewing, filtration, cellar, and bottling. This role combines hands-on involvement with team coordination to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality production.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Diploma or degree in Industrial Production, Food & Beverage, Brewing, or related field
► 2–5 years of experience in a production environment (brewery experience is a plus)
► Previous experience in team coordination or supervision is beneficial
► Hands-on and proactive approach to production activities
► Ability to follow procedures and ensure team alignment
► Good understanding of production processes (brewery experience is an advantage)
► Basic technical knowledge to support troubleshooting with maintenance teams
► Strong organizational and communication skills
► Ability to work under pressure and adapt to production needs ► Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Hygiene & Safety Experience
► Knowledge of Word Excel
