The Organisation
Vanuatu Post Ltd is a state-owned company that is the designated postal services operator for Vanuatu. It has a nationwide postal network which provides mail delivery and financial services nationwide and globally.
The Position
The Manager Projects and Financial Services will be responsible to
Develop and implement strategic plans to support corporate growth plans.
Oversee financial services development, digital commerce and ensure alignment with postal industry trends.
Lead project formulation, coordination, and execution to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct product and service costing analyses to optimize revenue streams.
Manage staff productivity and foster a high-performance team culture.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance policies.
Essential Selection Criteria
► 3 years or more management experience in a project management role
► Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Economics, Finance Management, and/or Marketing
► Proven track record in business and corporate planning and management
► Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve results
► Knowledge of digital financial services and mobile money payment functions and features
► Excellent understanding of projects formulation, execution and impact assessment
► Demonstrated marketing and sales role for new products and services achievement (s)
► Proven expertise in business and corporate plan development
► Outstanding communication skills in Bislama or English, with French as an advantage.
