The Organisation

Vanuatu Terminal Services Limited (VTS) is a subsidiary company of Airports Vanuatu Limited (AVL), a private company incorporated under the Vanuatu Companies Act.

VTS offers full ground handling services for commercial airlines, cargo aircrafts, military aircrafts, medivac and VIP private aircrafts, as scheduled into Port Vila.

The Position

The Manager Passenger Services is a high-visibility role, that manages day-to-day FOH operations, inspire high performance, and cultivate customer relationships

Essential Selection Criteria

► A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in relevant field

► Proven experience in people management

► Experience in leading teams to achieve targets within required timeframes

► Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
