The Organisation

Vanuatu Glass and Aluminium (VGA), established in 2004 and formerly known as Wilco Windows and Doors, is Vanuatu’s leading supplier of glass and aluminium products. As part of our continued growth, VGA has recently expanded into the hardware sector, focusing on quality building materials and construction supplies for the residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

The Position

The overall purpose of the role is to work in conjunction with the General Manager to manage the day-to-day hardware business operations, maintain and grow our client base, ensure positive service and client experiences. The role will also be responsible for cross-over business operation with VGA Glass & Aluminum division.

Essential Selection Criteria

► 5 Years previous experience in hardware management position

► Planning and managing team of 20

► Ability to speak and communicate in Bislama

► Vanuatu Citizenship/Resident with experience working in Vanuatu

►Experience in developing operating procedures

► Driver's license

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Experience in a similar role environment in Vanuatu

► High level computer skills preferably MYOB

► Human resource management experience

► Inventory Management experience
