The Organisation
Vanuatu Terminal Services Limited (VTS) is a subsidiary company of Airports Vanuatu Limited (AVL), a private company incorporated under the Vanuatu Companies Act.
VTS offers full ground handling services for commercial airlines, cargo aircrafts, military aircrafts, medivac and VIP private aircrafts, as scheduled into Port Vila.
The Position
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible to work and grow the VTS Working Culture through Workplace Health, Workplace Efficiency and Corporate Strengthening in order to Transform VTS
Essential Selection Criteria
► Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
► Proven experience in people management
► Experience leading teams to achieve targets within required timeframes.
► Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
