The Position

We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for a Finance & Administration Manager to join our diverse team in Vila office.

Key Responsibilities

► Financial accounting, cash flow management and financial reporting

► Managing the accounting function and finance staff on a day to day basis

► Preparation of Reserve Bank of Vanuatu reports

► Compilation of annual budget

► Year-end financial statements preparation and audit

► Treasury management

► Information systems planning and control

► Administration and asset management

► Administer company regulatory & compliance matters

Essential Selection Criteria

► Tertiary qualifications in finance, business administration or related discipline

► 3-5 years or more proven experience in finance management (auditing experience, compliance oriented)

► A CPA or CA member from other recognised accounting body

► Good communications skills (written/verbal)

► Strong analytical skills and financial acumen

► Proficiency in accounting software, data base, Microsoft applications

► Strong leadership skills

► Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
