The Organisation

Air Vanuatu was formed 34 years ago in December 1987 and since then the airline has served Vanuatu proudly, bringing visitors and residents to and from the beautiful islands of Vanuatu.

Air Vanuatu has played a major role in establishing Vanuatu as a tourist and investment destination in the last two decades, particularly in it's closest markets, Australia and New Zealand, and will continue to do so in the future.

The Position

To oversee the Call Centre operations to ensure service delivery is in line with Service Level Agreements and operational requirements of the organisation.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Two (2) or more years’ experience working in a call centre environment.

► Working knowledge of the Amadeus application – reservations & ticketing

► Able to work shift hours to maintain operational coverage

► Strong communication skills both written and verbal

► Confident in dealing and managing staff with various backgrounds

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Working knowledge of using Microsoft suite of applications

► Ability to identify solutions to address complaints and issues that have been identified

► Experience in service monitoring and training

► Provide a clear police clearance
