The Position

In this full-time position based in Port Vila, you will support and enable effective coordination and implementation of the joint work of the Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP) Disaster READY consortium made up of six agencies implementing a range of disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response programs across Vanuatu. You will represent the Coordination Team in-country and lead the day-to-day implementation of the team’s work plan and the provision of high quality technical and coordination support to AHP partners, with oversight and direction from the Team Manager.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Tertiary qualification/s in relevant and related discipline, or 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role

► Strong team and project management skills

► Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in Bislama and English

► Vanuatu citizenship / residency

► Police Clearance
