The Organisation

The Position
The Field Manager Santo is responsible for leading program and operations teams to implement Save the Children’s programs in the Sanma and Panama Provinces. The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring programs, support services, and finance functions work collaboratively to deliver high quality programs that meet Save the Children’s quality standards.
Essential Selection Criteria
► University degree is required.
► Minimum five years experience in a relevant position and broad working experience in Vanuatu.
► Fluency in Bislama and English
► Ability to work proficiently with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
► Excellent reporting skills.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a wide range of people.
► Driver’s Licence.
