The Organisation

Travel Solutions Vanuatu is Vanuatu’s first dedicated Destination Management Company (DMC). Travel Solutions Vanuatu offers a full destination management service, packaging accommodation, tours, transfers, domestic flights and other services for leisure travelers and global trade partners.

With 30 years experience in the Vanuatu and Pacific tourism industry, TSV designs great itineraries, books all services for customers and support customer once in Vanuatu if any issue arises, such as flight cancellations.

Products sold by TSV are hand-picked against appropriate criteria, and include outer island and community-based product, in line with the objectives of the Vanuatu Sustainable Tourism Policy.

The Position

The Travel Designer will be responsible to design amazing Vanuatu itineraries, provide great customer service and book all services for your guests.

Part of our mission at Travel Solutions is to grow the Vanuatu tourism industry, disperse tourists around the outer islands, and promote sustainability and quality.

This position will suit someone with a sales or reservations background in the tourism or aviation industry, or recent graduates with a passion for tourism and an eye for detail!

Essential Selection Criteria

► Experience in tourism or aviation sales and reservations

► Experience working with software applications

► Excellent customer service

► An interest in developing Vanuatu’s tourism industry

► Strong IT skills & computer literacy

► Excellent English skills

► Professional presentation

► Team player and open communicator

► Excellent time management

► An eye for detail.
