Land Logic also develops and operates Sabdivisen.com (land market intelligence + community insights) and HaosBilda, a new technology-driven housing solution for Vanuatu families.

The Position
The Operations Manager will run day-to-day operations for Land Logic and its associated platforms, support customer delivery, strengthen business systems, lead consumer interaction projects, and help scale Land Logic, Sabdivisen.com and HaosBilda.
The entire business operations is run through an automated business processes software. From customer engagement enquiry to delivery, is a checklist of tasks including pre-created emails and instructions. It all zapps to all the programmes sending the details of the tasks. Onboarding to the new role is not a daunting task, it is easy.
What Makes This Role Unique
The business runs on automated workflow software
All operational tasks — from customer enquiry → quoting → valuation → reporting → delivery — run through a well-designed digital checklist system with prebuilt tasks, email templates, and automation across our connected platforms. This means onboarding is structured, efficient, and not daunting. You don’t need to “figure out the chaos” — the system is already built.
You don’t need to be a tech engineer
We have technical developers, GIS specialists, and coders. Your strength is coordination, communication, organisation, and improvement — not writing code.
Major Focus on consumer interaction for Subdivisen.com
You will help gather and interpret information about:
New land developments
What’s selling and why
What information matters to new buyer–investors
User feedback
Market behaviour and trends
This directly supports Sabdivisen.com’s growth as a consumer-facing land data platform.
Involvement in HaosBilda’s rollout and development
This new product provides modular + affordable housing solutions built around serviceability, bank-controlled progress payments, and flexible build pathways.
