The Position
The MFS Sales & Distribution Leader will have end to end responsibility of developing, maintaining and managing the Mobile Financial Services (MFS) distribution network.
In particular, the role will focus on growing and supporting the mobile money operations by acquiring agents, merchants and billers. The role requires maintaining good relationship with the external stakeholders on an ongoing basis and supporting both the MFS team and wider Digicel team including Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Legal and Technical who are based locally and internationally.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferable)
► Proven track of success in managing commercial units
► Full understanding of the MFS importance / dynamics in the Market
► Capable of managing legal agreements
► Capable of delicately managing big business entities whilst maximizing company’s interest
► Excellent verbal, analytical and communication skills.
► Good time management and planning capability
► Open-minded, passionate and able to energise others through the way work is approached.
► Demonstrated commitment to the timely delivery of work to a high standard.
► Consistently behaves with integrity and transparency.
► Customer focused - Always put the customer first (whether internal or external customer)
