The Position
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for consultants or consultancies to play a vital role in the success of DT Global’s Pacific Australia Skills programme in Vanuatu.
DT Global invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified individual consultants and consultancy firms to join a technical assistance pool/panel supporting the implementation of the Pacific Australia Skills program in Vanuatu. Consultants engaged through this panel will contribute to the delivery of a transformative, locally led national skills development agenda aligned with:
Vanuatu’s National Sustainable Development Plan (NSDP) 2016–2030
Vanuatu’s National Skills Development Policy 2024–2030
Pacific Australia Skills’ End-of-Program Outcomes in system strengthening, training for employment, and regional collaboration and cross-country learning
Selection Criteria
Expressions of Interest or Submission Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents as part of their EOI:
► Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Organizational Profile
Individual consultants: A current Curriculum Vitae (max 3 pages)
Consultancy firms: A short organizational profile, plus CVs of proposed key personnel.
► Statement of Expertise and Relevant Experience
Applicants should provide a brief written response (1–2 pages) outlining how their skills and experience align with one or more of the Areas of Expertise Required. This statement should:
Clearly identify the specialist area(s) the consultant or firm wishes to be considered for.
Summarize relevant assignments delivered in Vanuatu, the Pacific region or similar contexts.
Highlight technical strengths, sector knowledge, and any experience collaborating with government, training providers, industry, or regional bodies as well as embedding inclusion, climate resilience, and locally led development.
