The Organisation

Vanuatu Post Ltd is a state-owned enterprise providing postal, courier, financial, and related services that connect communities and support national development across Vanuatu.

The Position

The Executive Secretary is responsible for delivering professional executive and governance support to the CEO. Board and senior leadership of Vanuatu Post Ltd. The role plays a critical part in managing confidential information, coordinating executive and board activities, human resources administration, and ensuring effective communication and organizational efficiency across the company.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Minimum Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field

► Over 3 years' administration experience in executive support role or HR administration role

► Competent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to manage records, databases, and filing systems (manual and electronic). Experience with HR or payroll systems is an advantage

► High level of discretion and confidentiality with strong organization and customer service skills

► Fluent in written and spoken English and French language is an advantage

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Experience in a government agency, SOE, or corporate environment is an advantage. Proven experience handling confidential and sensitive information.

► Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and outside office hours

► Professional presentation, well-groomed suitable, for an executive office setting

► Have a driver's license for over 2 years and has no police offence record.
