The Organisation

Link Personnel Services (LinkPS) is Vanuatu’s only recruitment and employment agency that offers recruitment and employment services, HR advice, support and training. First established in 2014, the company has developed from offering basic recruitment services to offering tailored recruitment packages, customized recruitment services, jobs advertising, assistance with role design, engaging and managing personnel, contracting and payroll services. The company also has experience in managing donor-funded projects locally through international and locally-engaged project personnel.

The Director of LinkPS also offers HR consulting services under the company.

Clients include local businesses and NGOs, development and implementing partners, donors, State Owned Enterprises, and the Government of Vanuatu.

The Position

The role of the Recruitment and Relationship Manager has evolved since the role was introduced in 2018. The overall purpose of the role is to work closely with the Director to support and further develop recruitment operations, maintain and grow a strong committed recruitment client base, ensure positive client recruitment experiences, and ensure and promote the professional image and reputation of Link Personnel Services as Vanuatu’s best recruitment and employment agency.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Proof of post-secondary school qualifications in business administration (or similar field)

► 5+ years’ work experience, preferably in management roles

► Strong client/customer liaison experience

► Strong IT skills and experience in using online systems and social media platforms

► Practical sales and marketing experience

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Website and social media skills (including skills in using Facebook (posting)

► Excellent written communication in English through e-mails and reports

► Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people and clients

► Excellent problem-solving skills
