The Organisation

The Vanuatu Australia Policing and Justice program (VAPJP) is a development support program which has been operating in Vanuatu since 2017, managed by Palladium International Pty Ltd in collaboration with the Australian Federal Police (AFP).

The Position

The Project officer (Infrastructure) will assist VAPJP to deliver infrastructure projects in support of sector priorities as approved by counterparts; provide infrastructure assistance to the Program Coordinators (Policing and Justice) and Senior Manager of the program; and support counterpart agencies to improve infrastructure delivery capacity.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Diploma or relevant experience

► Construction Management or Project Management Experience

► 3 Years Experience in construction management or project delivery

► Vanuatu Citizenship or Residency

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Experience with GoV and / or Commonwealth procurement rules and regulations

► Ability to work effectively at an individual and team level

► Knowledge and demonstrated use of computerised time management package(s) (I.e. MS Teams)

► Drivers License
