The Position
Manage Human Resources programs for hotel team members. Promote a positive team culture while ensuring our guests’ experience is unique and brings the brand to life.
Essential Selection Criteria
► High school diploma / secondary education / equivalent; plus
► 2 years of related experience in Human Resources (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
► Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
► Familiarity with the Vanuatu Employment Act and experience following internal company policies
► Experience overseeing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records for all employees.
► Experience creating and monitoring budgets and staffing to manage costs is desirable.
► Experience in recruitment, disciplinary actions and staff induction preferred.
► Ability to promote a positive team culture while ensuring the guests’ experience is unique and brings the brand to life.
► Must speak Fluent English. Other language skills also desirable.
