The Organisation

World Car Rentals Vanuatu is a locally owned and operated vehicle rental business that aims to offer the best service and rates on the island, offering 24-hour pickup and delivery at any location and 24 hour roadside assistance.

The Position

The Operations and Customer Service Manager will contribute to World Car Rentals Vanuatu’s growth, and maintain our great reputation by ensuring customers enjoy a customer service experience that meets our high standards, from booking through to dropping off the vehicle. They will lead and develop a Customer Service Team to ensure great customer service experiences across all areas of the business.

Essential Selection Criteria

► Staff management and coaching skills and experience

► Strong customer service experience

► Current, clean driving licence

► Eligible to live and work in Vanuatu

Desirable Selection Criteria

► Outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic outlook

► Strong communicator and demonstrated initiative

► Planning skills and experience managing work tasks and logistics

► Confident in dealing with employees and customers. Firm, fair, diplomatic
