The Position
As the Financial Inclusion Consultant, you are responsible for the business development activities and events -including Government, Reserve Bank and independent expositions. You will deliver all forms of lending, including home and consumer loans. You are also responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to help customers meet their financial needs and goals, assisting ANZ Vanuatu to meet and outperform business objectives and adhere to responsible lending practices.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Established relationship and networking skills with strong customer focus
► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
► Strong understanding of compliance, lending and product knowledge
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Accredited Financial Literacy facilitator
