Link Personnel Services (LinkPS) is Vanuatu’s only recruitment and employment agency that offers various recruitment and employment services including job advertising, role design, recruitment, engaging and managing Program personnel, and payroll services. The company, previously called Consulting Vanuatu Ltd, currently manages 22 staff working remotely for clients and regularly conducts recruitment activities for Vanuatu and regional clients.
The Recruitment Manager is a new role whose main responsibility will be to develop, maintain and grow a healthy recruitment client base and manage the operational recruitment activities. They will manage transparent merit-based recruitment methods whilst instilling confidence in our clients of confidential and professional recruitment processes.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Completed Bachelors Degree
► Demonstrated recruitment experience
► Excellent English and Bislama communication skills
► Vanuatu citizenship or current residency
► Excellent written communication in English
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Strong professional interpersonal skills
► Strong client liaison experience
► Full current Drivers license
► Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
