Link Personnel Services provides recruitment, employment and contract management services to clients across all sectors in Vanuatu. Link PS manages over 20 staff in support of various clients and provides HR and staff development services to build employee skills.
The Administration and Finance Assistant will provide overall administration and finance assistance to the Directors of the Company to assist in the provision of recruitment, employment and contract management services.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Evidence of post-secondary school qualifications
► Business or office administration experience
► MYOB skills and experience
► Vanuatu citizenship
► Excellent written communication in English
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Experience in recruitment and employment administration
► Website and social media awareness and skills
► Demonstrated confidentiality
► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
