Link Personnel Services manages the Australian Aid funded Roads for Development Transition Program to provide technical assistance to support the Vanuatu Public Works Department.
The Procurement Officer will support the staff of the PWD Procurement Unit to procure goods and services required for the delivery of PWDs infrastructure maintenance activities and to assist in the management of contracts in accordance with standard GoV bidding documents, and also in compliance with the GoV Contract and Tenders Act, the Tenders Regulations, the Financial Regulations, the GoV Purchasing Guidelines and the recently revised PWD Procurement procedures.
Essential Selection Criteria
► Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining full financial accountability of a small office or organisation.
► Demonstrated experience and skills in all aspects of office administration procedures
► Experience in book-keeping, use of computers and computerised accounting software.
► Vanuatu citizenship.
► Good communication skills in English.
Desirable Selection Criteria
► Drivers Licence
